Today, in Music Theory, Mr John explained to us about pentatonic scales. At first, I didn't understand anything that he said. But after awhile, I knew what it was. A pentatonic scale is a scale consisting of 5 notes. (E.g. DO MI FA SOL SI) And it comes from the word "Penta". After learning about it, Mr John tested some of us to come up on the board and write the pentatonic scales he had shown earlier. He showed 3 examples; Chinese/Sundanese, Javanese, Japanese.
